The art is to listen, to hear and understand the exact needs and goals of any individual customer. We create a temporary environment using as little but just enough material and resources to create a tailor made exhibition stand that brings the maximum out of the given budget.

We create visions and ideas – we are not selling material and resources. From baseplate to ceiling we are using stocked material – most of it system elements. Starting with system floor boards, carpet and wooden tiles to wall frames with textile banners to ceiling systems.

The base of each project is quite similar but once graphics, colors and textures, furniture and most important our creativity comes to play we create individual stands, over and over again…

We reuse as much material as possible and reduce waste and our environmental impact wherever and whenever possible.

What really sets us apart is the dedication with which we handle each project, small or large. Trade fairs are just-in-time events with a given opening date. Especially projects with short lead times require razor sharp management without any mistakes. Our clients appreciate that quality for many years.

In principal both exhibitions and events require the same tasks and skills. What makes events a little more difficult might be the location and number of sub contractors but in the end each exhibition stand is an event and vice versa. Time and timing is the crucial element of both. We guarantee a seamless communication with our clients, all suppliers and subcontractors. Most important is that we know which question to ask, which information to pass at what time.

Each project will face problems or bottle necks throughout the process – let’s be honest. We eliminate these problems because we know when they will potentially arise. Therefore we call it tasks -not problems!

Throughout our vast networks of friends and partners we have access to the latest locations, trends and delights. Good events need a local scout with again a good on-site network and knowledge. Combining that with our expertise in project management, our clients focus on their internal duties. The rest will be done by our team– promised!

One of the main reasons we have asked by our clients if we could also design their office, restaurant or showroom is very simple – our flexibility, speed and straight forward approach. Before traditional architects have agreed for a site survey we usually present our first drafts. We love interior design as it lacks the stressing time factor and allows to work with long lasting high quality fittings and furniture.
